Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Capucelli, every piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected prior to shipment. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via our insured shipping partners.
Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages
All shipments are fully insured while in transit. In the rare event that a package is lost by the carrier, a claim must be filed with the shipping insurance provider. Insurance investigations and claim processing may take up to 30 days or longer depending on the carrier.
During this investigation period:

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Replacement items will not be shipped until the insurance claim has been resolved.

Customers are required to cooperate with any carrier or insurance investigation.
Once the insurance provider approves the claim, Capucelli will work with the customer to provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
Delivered Packages
Capucelli is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier, including deliveries that show a signature confirmation, GPS confirmation, or delivery scan.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will gladly assist the customer in opening a carrier investigation and filing any available insurance claim. However, Capucelli cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Capucelli is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Signature Requirements
Orders over a certain value may require an adult signature upon delivery. By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept delivery at the shipping address provided.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Capucelli is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation issues, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.
