Returns, Exchanges & Resizes
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Simply contact us at customercare@capucelli.com within 3 days of delivery, and ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure that you use the same name as on your original order.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
Due to the nature of these products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Made-to-order eternity bands
- Items on sale / Deal of the Day / Sample Sale / Showroom Collection
- National and international shipping labels
- Items received without the Pink Capucelli Tag
- Custom duties fees
For Sample Sale or Showroom Collection products, if you wish to return an item, we will issue you a store credit for the amount spent. Refunds will not be provided for these items.
Conditions of Return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- A $150 fee will be deducted from the refund if the item is not returned in its original packaging. All gifts and marketing materials must also be included in the return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Capucelli reserves the right to approve or reject each return based on the unique nature of every item. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
