USA Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. For security reasons, Capucelli does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders over $500 USD, as well as made-to-order jewelry, engagement rings, and wedding bands, will require a signature upon delivery.

Processing Times for Made-to-Order Jewelry:
Each piece of Capucelli fine jewelry is handmade in our studio. Since our jewelry is made-to-order, please allow 14-20 business days (excluding weekends) for us to craft and ship your order. If you need expedited shipping or have a specific deadline, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please reach out to us at info@capucelli.com.

In-Stock Jewelry:
For in-stock items, you can expect your order to ship within 2 business days. Each product page provides an estimated shipping date for your convenience.

International Shipping Information:
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
