Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free on all orders placed in USA. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Capucelli does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO\FPO Addresses.

 

Processing time

All Capucelli’s Fine Jewelry styles are carefully handmade in our Studio.  Since each piece is made-to-order, I ask that you allow 14-20 business days (excluding weekends) before I ship your order.  If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request.  Please email me at info@capucelli.com

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just contact us within: 3 days of delivery, and ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

Please Make sure to use the same name you used for your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Eternity Bands made to order
  • Items on Sale

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

A $150 Fee will be deducted from the final Return Amount if the item is not sent back in the original packaging. Gifts and Marketing materials must be also returned.

Once it is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Capucelli has the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
