Returns, Exchanges & Resizes

 We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just contact us at customercare@capucelli.com within: 3 days of delivery, and ship item back to us within: 7 days of delivery

Please Make sure to use the same name you used for your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Eternity Bands made to order
  • Items on Sale / Deal of the Day / Sample Sale / Showroom Collection
  • National and International Shipping Label
  • Items received without the Pink Capucelli Tag
  • Custom Duties Fees

If you decide to return a Sample Sale or a Showroom product, we will send you a store credit for the amount you spent. We do not refund the money on a Sample Sale or Showroom piece.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

A $150 Fee will be deducted from the final Return Amount if the item is not sent back in the original packaging. Gifts and Marketing materials must be also returned.

Once it is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Capucelli has the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
